Marijn is a serial entrepreneur. At age 13 he owned his first software company, with which he won the 1986 Micromasters Holland. Before starting HiperQ he was IT Manager at MKB-Nederland, founder of MKB-net, founder of Telegraaf Internet Services, held several (business and IT) senior management positions at Telegraaf Media Groep, worked as an independent interim manager, started Braindevils and is a founding partner at 3-frogs.

Marcel is an IT specialist (MSc) with extensive direct experience. Always looking for a challenge. Always interested in solving performance, scalability and security problems. Specialties: saving lost projects, performance optimization, designing large websites with high traffic and high performance requirements, IT-architecture, starting and successfully completing IT-projects, Java security code reviews.
